To request a refund:

2. Select the order you want to return
3. Click "Return Item" or "Request Refund"

5. Print the return label (if provided)
6. Package the items securely and ship them back

Once we receive your returned item:
• We will inspect the item to ensure it meets return criteria
• Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
• You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase:
